FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our Chesapeake, VA team, delivering one-on-one geriatric OT in patients' homes or senior living communities under the Geriatric House Calls model. You’ll evaluate, plan, and deliver evidence-based therapy with autonomy and flexible scheduling.
Telehealth options may be incorporated to extend access, and collaboration with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists is encouraged.
