Clinical Appeals Pharmacist – Hybrid​/On-Site

Med Impact, a San Diego–based pharmacy benefits manager, is seeking an Appeals Clinical Specialist to independently conduct clinical reviews of appeals, evaluate medical records, and apply clinical criteria to determine benefit coverage, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.

The role partners with internal teams and external clients to support cost‑effective, rational drug and disease therapy choices, requiring a PharmD with 3+ years’ experience and licensure in good standing;
