- Subcontractor shall provide (14) days written notice of any cancellation or pay for (1) week of service at the regular hourly bill rate Call-Offs or Tardy (In-Shift Cancellation) - If a Candidate calls off a shift less than (2) hours before the scheduled start of the shift or is more than (30) minutes late then pay for (2) hours of service per the bill rate No Show
- If a Candidate is a no show and does not call, or otherwise provide notice, to Client, then Subcontractor shall pay an amount equal to (50%) of the hours scheduled (or confirmed) for that shift at regular bill rate.
