Location:
Hybrid based out of either the Elk Grove Village, IL or Columbus, OH pharmacy Travel %: ≤20-30%
Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is based on work location and pharmacist licensure:
Elk Grove Village, IL
- Licensed Pharmacist: $155,000–$170,000 annually
- Non-Pharmacist: $115,000–$130,000 annually
Columbus, OH
- Licensed Pharmacist: $145,000–$160,000 annually
- Non-Pharmacist: $110,000–$125,000 annually
Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, licensure, and other job-related considerations.
Position SummaryThe Director, Account and Program Management, serves as the intermediary between the Program Management (PM) and Operations (Ops) teams, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration to drive pre- and post-launch success. This individual will also be responsible for ensuring strategic and insight driven approach with current accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to analyze data, identify gaps in processes, and implement expedited solutions that enhance efficiency and collaboration.
This role also includes direct people management responsibilities, providing leadership, coaching, and engagement within the Program Management team. They will work closely with key stakeholders across functions to accelerate the success of product launches and ensure the operational teams are proactive in addressing challenges before they arise. The role requires consistent travel for quarterly business reviews, manufacturer meetings, and other business engagements as needed.
Essential Duties
- Intermediary Role:
Serve as the key bridge between the Program Management and Operations teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and working toward success for each launch. - Launch Success Management:
Drive the successful launch of all launches by identifying gaps, facilitating communication, and ensuring that operations and project management teams are accountable and proactive in their approach. - Data-Driven Decision Making:
