Inner-Circle Communities LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Clinician I (LSW/LPC) to join their growing team in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities:- Provide individual, group, and family therapy services to clients across diverse populations
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate client care and support services
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Participate in case consultations, supervision, and ongoing professional development
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, agency policies, and state licensing requirements
- Active LSW (Licensed Social Worker) or LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) licensure in the state of Ohio
- Bacholor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience providing direct clinical services in a behavioral health or community-based setting preferred
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
- Strong clinical documentation and case management skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse and underserved populations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
