Role
Senior Manager, Medical Science Liaison, supporting FMI's commercial and scientific objectives through engagement with healthcare providers and KOLs.
Responsibilities- develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across hematology, oncology, and pathology
- provide education on disease states, genomic profiling, and FMI products
- facilitate scientific exchange and presence at forums
- develop educational materials
- gather market intelligence
- support investigator-initiated studies
- coordinate with Medical Affairs on advisory boards, clinical trials, and publications
- respond to scientific inquiries
- and promote advocacy within the medical community
- Master's in health sciences, medicine, nursing, or genetics with 6+ years relevant experience, or PhD/MD/PhD, DNP, PharmD with 3+ years experience
- oncology experience preferred
- expertise in cancer genomics, biomarker development, molecular diagnostics, and familiarity with clinical utility of lab-developed tests
- experience managing territory
- knowledge of CLIA, LDT, and market access strategies
- ability to travel 70%+ within territory
remote-based with frequent local travel, bi-annual company meetings.
