Area Rare Cardiac Specialist; ARCS; Columbus, OH

Role:
Field-based Rare Disease – Rare Cardiac Senior Health & Science Specialist responsible for driving sales growth of Pfizer's Rare Cardiac therapies through strategic, compliant customer engagement within assigned accounts.

• build relationships with cardiology healthcare providers, deliver approved disease-state and product messaging, support patient access through reimbursement and prior authorization info, leverage digital tools for territory planning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and remove access barriers.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (at least 3 years in pharma, biotech, or medical device sales/marketing or related healthcare experience); valid US driver’s license; strong sales acumen; understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and reimbursement; digital engagement skills.

• 3–5 years of specialty sales experience in cardiology or hospital settings, key opinion leader engagement, strategic decision-making, and familiarity with biologics and reimbursement complexities.

• Rare Cardiac therapeutics, specialty sales, clinical and market knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, field-based with travel within Ohio (Columbus, Zanesville, Mansfield, Marietta, Lima, Sydney), requiring willingness to stay overnight as needed.
