Ohio's Hospice is seeking a Medical Social Worker for the inpatient hospice unit at OSU IPU in Columbus, OH. You will provide psychosocial assessment, counseling, advocacy, and resource coordination to patients and families facing end-of-life care in an inpatient setting.
You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and participate in care conferences while supporting discharge planning and bereavement processes. Monday–Friday schedule with shared weekends and holidays.
