Are you ready? Because we are looking for an Event Coordinator!
What does the ROLE entail?- Responsible for providing administrative support to the Event Managers and Director of Events.
- To include; drafting Event Sales agreements, detailing food & beverage, managing small guestroom blocks/pick up and billing instructions.
- Answering phone leads and entering them into the system.
- Multitasking and working with multiple projects as needed.
- Daily office administrative duties using multiple computer programs.
- Assist with internal and external correspondences.
- Provide strong and efficient support for all aspects of the position.
- Handling smaller groups with guestroom blocks and food & beverage events, wedding guestroom blocks
- Attending internal meetings and providing timely updates for event details and changes, Interacting with various departments.
- Coordinating with Event Managers to assist clients in their absence
- Demonstrates Hyatt’s values:

- 2 years of events related/admin experience, hotel experience preferred

- Refined verbal and written communication skills
