Are you ready? Because we are looking for an Event Coordinator!

• Responsible for providing administrative support to the Event Managers and Director of Events.
• To include; drafting Event Sales agreements, detailing food & beverage, managing small guestroom blocks/pick up and billing instructions.
• Answering phone leads and entering them into the system.
• Multitasking and working with multiple projects as needed.
• Daily office administrative duties using multiple computer programs.
• Assist with internal and external correspondences.
• Provide strong and efficient support for all aspects of the position.
• Handling smaller groups with guestroom blocks and food & beverage events, wedding guestroom blocks
• Attending internal meetings and providing timely updates for event details and changes, Interacting with various departments.
• Coordinating with Event Managers to assist clients in their absence
• Demonstrates Hyatt’s values:

• 2 years of events related/admin experience, hotel experience preferred
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Unafraid of event related tasks, projects, and responsibilities
• Candidates should be extremely detail oriented and organized
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
• Excellent customer service and customer recovery skills
