Penn National Gaming - - Responsibilities:
Deliver linens, towels, amenities, and supplies to guest floors and replenish linen closets throughout the shift.;
Maintain cleanliness of guest corridors, service hallways, elevator landings, stairwells, vending and ice rooms, and other assigned public or service areas.;
Respond promptly to guest requests such as linens, pillows, cribs, amenities, packages, or special deliveries.;
Greet guests courteously and provide assistance in alignment with Four-Diamond service expectations.;
Follow safety, OSHA, PPE, chemical handling, and emergency procedures.
