** What will I be doing?*
* A Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving and processing all purchase orders and invoices  Assists in daily receiving of deliveries from vendors and deliveries to kitchens as well as other areas of the hotel  Maintains an accurate inventory with the food and beverage supervisors, assists with keeping up cleanliness and organization of storeroom areas

+ Process deliveries in a timely manner with full attention to detail and abiding by receiving procedures
+ Maintain backstock area and cooler
+ Ensure all refrigerated items are stocked or properly stored/ hold
+ Maintain receiving area in a neat, clean, organized and safe manner
+ Effectively communicate with Team Members regarding receiving and department operations
+ Answer department telephone calls and pages with proper etiquette when time permits
+ Verification of each delivery and variances noted on invoice and to Team Leader
+ Receiving packages for guest and events, track with our in house system
+ Exposure to temperatures:
Exposure includes temperatures below 32 degrees Fahrenheit  freezing , between 32 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit  cooler, freezer, or dock , and above 90 degrees Fahrenheit
+ Basic computer skills
+ Outstanding verbal and written communicator
+ Able to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the facility, including nights, weekends and holidays as required
+ Ability to work well with others, self motivated and capable of working independently with little supervision
