Position: Flight Attendant for VIPs and the Columbus Blue Jackets

A Rare & Exciting Aviation Role:
Flight Attendant for VIPs and the Columbus Blue Jackets. Based in Columbus, OH.

Elevate Jet is looking for an experienced, polished, and genuinely service-driven Flight Attendant to join an elite aviation team. But here's what makes this role truly different: you won't just be serving high-profile VIP clientele—you'll also be the dedicated inflight support for a professional NHL team, the Columbus Blue Jackets, throughout their season and travel schedule. This is not a typical airline position.

It sits at the unique intersection of private jet service precision and professional sports team logistics. If you thrive on variety, discretion, and a fast-paced yet structured environment, this could be the career-defining role you've been waiting for.

What Makes This Position Stand Out
  • Travel alongside an NHL team during the season, experiencing the energy of professional sports from the inside.
  • Serve VIP passengers who expect elevated, personalized, and discreet service.
  • Join a close-knit, high-performance aviation culture where your contributions truly matter.
  • Enjoy consistent, high-quality flying on a dedicated Boeing 757 platform.
  • Approximately 65 overnights per year.
  • Occasional opportunities to attend NHL games as part of the experience.
Your Role:
Where Safety Meets Elite Service
  • Maintain the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance under 14

    CFR
    125 Operations (Private Carriage).
  • Deliver a first-class experience with customized catering and beautiful presentation.
  • Perform cabin preparation and stocking, ensuring flawless cleanliness and presentation.
  • Coordinate closely with flight crew, catering, security, and ground operations to ensure seamless trips.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism, adapting quickly to last-minute schedule changes with grace and composure.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of prior Flight Attendant experience (Boeing 757 experience is strongly preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you know how to read a room and anticipate needs.
  • Ability to work a pre-set schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and extended trips.
  • Professional demeanor and a polished, approachable appearance.
  • A valid US passport with at least one year remaining.
  • Ability to clear security and background checks, plus travel internationally.
  • Physical lifting requirement: up to 25 lbs.
  • Proof of certain vaccinations may be required.
  • Must be able to pass a non-DOT pre-employment drug screening.
  • Preferred attributes (not required, but a strong plus):
    • Previous experience supporting sports teams or high-profile VIP clients.
    • Background in VIP or corporate aviation.
    • High emotional intelligence and natural ability to anticipate passenger needs.
    • Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
    • A calm, composed presence even in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
Lifestyle & Schedule

This role offers something rare in aviation: a structured, predictable schedule. Your flying will align directly with the NHL team's calendar, so you'll know your trips well in advance. It's a stable rhythm that allows you to plan your life, while still enjoying the excitement of traveling with professional athletes.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary based on your experience and seat position. Medical, dental, and retirement options. A stable, predictable schedule tied to the sports season—something truly uncommon in this industry.

If you're ready to bring your aviation experience into a one-of-a-kind role that blends VIP service, professional sports travel, and a genuinely supportive team culture, we'd love to hear from you.
