Operations Supervisor

This role starts at $19/hr

What does the ROLE entail?

* Responsible for assisting in the oversight of any area in the Rooms and Food and Beverage Operations Divisions. This can include;
Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Reservations, Outlets and Event Services/Banquets.

* This position requires strong verbal and written communication skills

* Solid guest service orientation and service recovery skills

* Maintain excellent communication and coordination with all hotel departments

* This position works in a team environment

* Other duties of this role may include training, staff development through coaching and counseling, payroll and scheduling

EXPERIENCE:

* A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment

* Hotel experience is a must - supervisory experience preferable

* Strong customer service orientation and customer service skills

* Refined verbal and written communication skills

* Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills

* A fun and energized person with a creative mindset

* Committed to delivering a high level of customer service

* Must be proficient in general computer knowledge

* Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays

* Ability to lift, pull, push a moderate amount of weight

* Capable of moderate amounts of walking and continuous standing
