Front Office OpportunityWe are looking for the next great team member to join our Front Office team. We are committed to providing you with:

- Greet guests and register them, and handle check-out in the hotel’s ongoing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
- Input and retrieve information in the computer, confirm guest information and room rates, select rooms, code electronic keys, and assist with check-out.
- Ensure rooms and services are correctly accounted, process payments using the point-of-sale system, handle money, and process various forms of payment, including foreign currency and gift certificates.
- Demonstrate knowledge of hotel information including room categories, rates, packages, promotions, local area, and answer guest questions; use upselling techniques to maximize occupancy.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolve issues in a timely and friendly manner, field guest complaints, and conduct research to resolve and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction.
- Prior experience as a Front Desk Agent in a hotel or other high-volume customer service environment.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction and memorable experiences.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Excellent computer skills and a strong team spirit. Marriott brand experience is a plus.
