Summary

Because we are looking for an Operations Supervisor! This role starts at $19/hr.

What does the ROLE entail?
  • Responsible for assisting in oversight of any area in the Rooms and Food & Beverage Operations Divisions, including Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Reservations, Outlets, and Event Services/Banquets.
  • This position requires strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid guest service orientation and service recovery skills.
  • Maintain excellent communication and coordination with all hotel departments.
  • This position works in a team environment.
  • Other duties may include training, staff development through coaching and counseling, payroll, and scheduling.
Your EXPERIENCE
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Hotel experience is a must – supervisory experience preferable.
  • Strong customer service orientation and skills.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills.
  • A fun and energized person with a creative mindset.
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Must be proficient in general computer knowledge.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift, pull, push a moderate amount of weight.
  • Capable of moderate amounts of walking and continuous standing.
