Own all aspects of strategic relationships with VIP players; develop account plans and targeted outreach to grow VIP gaming revenue;
Build loyalty among VIP guests through personalized service and proactive problem solving;
Coordinate with VIP Hospitality, Gaming, Hotel, and Food & Beverage teams to deliver high-end, on-property and off-property VIP events;
Manage communications with VIP clients via phone and in person to maximize guest satisfaction and program profitability;
Monitor industry trends and competitor events to continuously improve VIP programs and guest experiences
