This is a full-time role with a typical schedule of AM-mid-shift coverage - typical shift is 5:30am-2pm

What does the ROLE entail?

* Produce a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guests' expectations in a timely manner

* Requires total supervision and hands on training

* Practice the importance of producing a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guests' expectation in a timely manner

* Responsible for communicating with culinary team

* Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation

EXPERIENCE:

* Produce a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guests' expectations in a timely manner

* Professional knowledge of cooking ingredients, procedures and experience in the culinary world

* Responsible for communicating and working successfully in a team environment

* Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation

* This position will require the individual to work solo shifts after an appropriate amount of training

* 1-3 years of experience preferred, hotel or large volume catering

* Capable of standing for 8 hours

* Ability to lift/push up to 50lbs

* Responsible for maintaining a clean work space

* Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills including reading recipes

* Reports to work on time as indicated on the work schedule

* Practices positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts

* Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including, weekends and holidays
