Housekeeping Inspector

Love keeping things organized, creating clean spaces, and helping a team stay on track? As a Housekeeping Inspector you’ll play an important support role in daily hotel operations by assisting the Housekeeping Manager and helping ensure guest rooms and public spaces are clean, comfortable, and ready for every stay.

This is a full-time position that requires open availability during the day time.

You’ll work closely with the housekeeping team to help keep operations running smoothly while supporting quality standards and guest satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Housekeeping Manager with daily housekeeping operations.
  • Help oversee housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson team members during shifts.
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and hotel standards are met.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members as needed throughout the day.
  • Assist with training new team members and reinforcing brand standards.
  • Communicate with guests, managers, and coworkers in a positive and professional way.
  • Respond to guest requests quickly and help resolve concerns.
  • Help maintain organized records and follow safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Step in to support the team wherever needed to keep operations running efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in housekeeping, cleaning services, hospitality, healthcare, or multi-unit housing.
  • Previous supervisory or team support experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces.
  • Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Someone who enjoys supporting others and helping a team succeed.
