The Renaissance Columbus Downtown is looking for its next great team member to join our Front Office team. This part‑time overnight shift offers competitive wages and a range of benefits. The role supports front desk operations, guest check‑in and check‑out, and nightly auditing.

$17.00 per hour
ResponsibilitiesAs a Front Desk Agent, you will greet and register guests, handle check‑outs, and maintain guest service excellence. You will prepare daily restaurant revenue reports by auditing point‑of‑service tapes and journals, run audit reports from the front office and Point of Service systems, correct and adjust entries, and handle any computer issues. You will input revenue, expenses, and allowances into the front office system to generate daily reports such as the Guest Ledger Summary and Daily Restaurant Summary.
You will balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintain files, and reset the system for next day operations.
You have prior experience as a Night Audit Agent or in a high‑volume customer service environment. You are passionate about excellent customer service, thrive on ensuring guest satisfaction, and enjoy working early evenings and weekends. You possess strong computer skills, a team‑spirit, and have Marriott brand experience is a plus. You are dependable and able to work the overnight shift.
