What does the ROLE entail?

* Responsible for assisting guest's food and coffee/beverage orders.

* Strong guest service orientation

* Fast-paced environment with constant customer interaction and cash handling

* Maintaining well organized area and restocking station as needed

* Demonstrates Hyatt's values:

EXPERIENCE:

* A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to stand for long periods of time

* Strong verbal communication skills

* Unafraid of food and beverage related tasks and responsibilities, past food & beverage expereince strongly preferred

* Ability to multi-task

* Ability to lift and carry 10lbs-20lbs

* Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and potential holidays

* A fun and energized person

* Committed to delivering a high level of customer service

* Aware of proper phone etiquette
