CAMERON MITCHELL RESTAURANTS is seeking a HOST to join our team!

To make “Raving Fans” of our Associates, Guests, Purveyors, Partners, and the Communities in which we do business.

• Make a positive first impression, welcoming guests on the phone and in person.
• Control seating in the dining room to ensure quality service, guest satisfaction, and maximize sales opportunities.
• Respond to guests’ questions, handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority.
• Cooperate with management and co‑workers to assist with duties and communicate suggestions for improvement.
• Follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines; report unsafe conditions; use materials and equipment properly.
• Know emergency procedures.
• Perform all duties and maintain knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook.

• Genuine approach to hospitality.

• Experience 1‑2 years in a customer‑service or hospitality role (preferred).
