Event Set-up Lead

Are you ready? We are looking for a Full-Time Event Set-Up Team Lead.

What does the ROLE entail?

• Responsible for the set-up and tear-down processes of all event functions at Hyatt
• Work closely with the Events and Event Services departments to ensure exceptional guest service results
• Hands-on position requiring continuous walking, standing, and lifting of tables, chairs, and other event-related equipment
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and potential holidays
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Maintain excellent communication and coordination with all hotel departments

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Physical stamina to lift, carry, and push 25 lbs+ and tolerate continuous walking and standing

• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
• 1 year+ of Event Setup Experience in a large-scale environment preferred
