• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware.
• Assists stewarding manager & supervisor with keeping an organized accurate inventory throughout the hotel areas.
• Ensure food replenishment is handled in a timely manner.
• Ability to work within a team oriented environment.
• Fast-paced environment that requires moderate amounts of walking and continuous standing.
• Timely and accurate delivery of china, silverware, cookware and food for event functions within the hotel.

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous hotel experience in Food & Beverage, banquet or stewarding setting highly preferred.
• Ability to lift and push a moderate amount of weight.
• Capable of standing for long periods of time.
• Able to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
• Takes pride in a job well done.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings (3pm-12am), weekends, and potential holidays.
