Sell and manage social and corporate catering events, including guest rooms, banquet food & beverage, and upselling contracted groups;
Negotiate contracts, suggest menus, and coordinate room setups according to policy and client needs;
Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure flawless event execution and guest satisfaction;
Generate new business through solicitation, networking, and follow-up with past clients;
Finalize and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and maintain accurate event records
