• You bring proven experience in sales and catering, whether from full-service, focused service, or boutique luxury properties.
• You are a persuasive communicator, able to inspire confidence in both internal teams and external partners.
• You operate with a competitive spirit and a clear focus on exceeding your goals.
• You're well-versed in Marriott tools and systems and other Marriott Sales programs.

Education Bachelor's degree helpful or a minimum of two to five years' experience in sales and marketing roles in a similar sized operation preferred.

• Licenses or certificates are not required.
• All curators must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance per Concert Hospitality grooming standards.
