What does the ROLE entail?

* Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel China, silverware, and cookware

* Assists stewarding manager & supervisor with keeping an organized accurate inventory throughout the hotel areas

* Ensure food replenishment is handled in a timely manner

* Ability to work within a team oriented environment

* Fast-paced environment that requires moderate amounts of walking and continuous standing

* Timely and accurate delivery of China, silverware, cookware and food for event functions within the hotel

EXPERIENCE:

* A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

* Previous hotel experience in Food & beverage, banquet or stewarding setting highly preferred

* Ability to lift and push a moderate amount of weight

* Capable of standing for long periods of time

* Able to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment

* Takes pride in a job well done

* Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings (3pm-12am), weekends, and potential holidays

* A fun and energized person
