The Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Agent at The Westin Great Southern Hotel in downtown Columbus, OH. You will greet guests, register and check them out, while delivering outstanding guest service in a historic setting with modern amenities.
Candidate should have customer-service passion, be flexible with schedules (days/evenings/weekends), and possess strong computer skills;
Marriott brand experience is a plus.
