Houseperson Opportunity
We are hiring a Houseperson! As a Houseperson, you play an essential role behind the scenes—supporting the team by stripping and transporting linens, delivering supplies, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and guest-ready environment for every stay. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining public areas (lobby, hallways, restrooms, stairwells) to brand standards. Perform routine cleaning tasks (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and sanitizing).
Transport clean linen to floors and collect soiled linen for laundry processing. Restock housekeeping closets, carts, and supplies throughout the shift. Deliver guest-requested items (rollaways, cribs, towels, amenities) promptly. Assist Room Attendants with heavy tasks (linen removal, furniture movement, setup needs). Monitor cleanliness and safety of assigned areas; report maintenance concerns. Support additional housekeeping or setup tasks as needed to meet operational needs.
Qualifications:
Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently and support team operations. Physical ability to lift, push, and move supplies and equipment throughout shift. Strong time-management and organizational skills. Basic communication skills with a guest-service mindset. Reliable, professional, and safety-focused. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and supporting an exceptional guest experience.
