Wash, clean, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, kitchen utensils, and Food & Beverage equipment.;
Maintain cleanliness and organization across kitchens, dish areas, storage rooms, banquet spaces, and back-of-house operations.;
Operate dishwashing machines and stewarding equipment safely and effectively.;
Follow food safety regulations, sanitation standards, HACCP guidelines, OSHA requirements, and hotel safety procedures.;
Assist with banquet setup and breakdown support as needed.
