Night Shift 6.30 PM ISt to 3.30 Am IST (No Cab)
Experience:
2+ Years
- Proficiency in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting processes
- Experience in hiring practices and partnering with clients to meet specific staffing needs
- Strong Account Management and client relationship-building skills
- Marketing experience on all Visa's
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and candidates
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
- Previous experience in the IT services or staffing industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
