Role Summary

Join OH.io as a Recruiter and help power the engine of our go-to-market growth through talent acquisition. In this fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, you’ll be the driver of urgency, clarity, and accountability—leading full-cycle recruiting across multiple GTM roles. This role is located in Columbus, OH.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • Absolute X-factor judgement and objectivity; ability to make shrewd decisions based on carefully curated objective hiring criteria
  • Strong sourcing chops — expert-level outbound and comfort using AI tools.
  • Always biased-to-action as we are a fast-growth startup where speed is important
  • Deep commitment to structured, equitable hiring and exceptional candidate experience.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and comfort thriving with autonomy.
Responsibilities
  • Full-cycle recruiting across all GTM roles
  • Build strong pipelines through expert sourcing, creative outbound strategies, and the use of AI tools to move fast.
  • Deliver structured, equitable interview processes and an exceptional candidate experience through clear, consistent communication.
  • Help to build and improve recruiting systems, ATS workflows, and templates as we create scalable processes from scratch.
  • Full-cycle recruiting across multiple GTM roles, driving urgency, clarity, and accountability
  • Work closely with Director of Recruiting and other members of the Talent and People Ops team
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with cross-functional hiring managers and take ownership project-managing searches on their behalf
  • Help us build a culture that fosters and celebrates sales wins
  • Evangelize OH.io to candidates, with infectious energy and excitement for our mission
