We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As the Human Resources Business Partner in the cannabis industry, you will play a crucial role in supporting HR & Operations and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. Duties
  • Provide administrative HR support, including maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and entering data
  • Onboarding new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all employees
  • Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data and generate reports as needed
  • Support talent management initiatives, including performance management, career development, and succession planning
  • Assist with organization design projects to optimize efficiency and effectiveness within the company
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict management and resolution
  • Conduct exit interviews
Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or Business Administration
  • 3+ years of HR experience
  • Strong Administrative/Computer skills
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically

$55K-$60K
