Duties- Provide administrative HR support, including maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and entering data
- Onboarding new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
- Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all employees
- Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data and generate reports as needed
- Support talent management initiatives, including performance management, career development, and succession planning
- Assist with organization design projects to optimize efficiency and effectiveness within the company
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict management and resolution
- Conduct exit interviews
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or Business Administration
- 3+ years of HR experience
- Strong Administrative/Computer skills
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
$55K-$60K
