As part of this mission, we are building a local GTM Hub office in Columbus to serve as the center of activity and collaboration.
Join OH.io as a Recruiting Coordinator and help power the engine of our go-to-market hiring. In this fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential candidates—coordinating high-volume interview scheduling with extreme attention to detail, building strong pipelines through expert outbound sourcing, and becoming an ATS power user to optimize our process.
This role is located in Columbus, OH.
Qualifications- 1+ years of experience in recruiting or sales
- 2+ years career experience
- Startup experience preferred, startup passion required
- Absolute X-factor judgement and objectivity
- Strong sourcing chops — expert-level outbound and comfort using AI tools.

- Assist with recruiting across all go-to-market roles; initially focusing on sourcing and scheduling
- Build strong pipelines through expert sourcing, creative outbound strategies, and the use of AI tools to move fast.
- Help to deliver a structured, equitable interview processes and an exceptional candidate experience through clear, consistent communication.
- Become an ATS power user; help to optimize our Greenhouse instance and process
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling, calendar logistics, and communication to ensure a seamless candidate and interviewer experience with no balls dropped
- Work closely with Director of Recruiting and other members of the Talent and People Ops team, and begin to build strong cross-functional relationships with hiring managers
- Help us build a culture that fosters and celebrates sales wins
- Evangelize OH.io to candidates, with infectious energy and excitement for our mission
