Ringside Talent is growing, and we’re looking for someone who’s passionate about developing people and building high-performing teams from the ground up. As our Corporate Sales Trainer
, you’ll play a key role in shaping the success of our new hires by designing and delivering engaging training programs that set them up to win from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Design, develop, and deliver onboarding and training programs for new recruiting hires
  • Facilitate high-impact training sessions focused on recruiting, sales, and client delivery skills
  • Create engaging learning content, including presentations, playbooks, and digital learning modules
  • Partner with leadership to align training with business goals and evolving hiring needs
  • Standardize onboarding processes to improve ramp time and overall performance
  • Coach and mentor new hires through their first critical weeks and months
  • Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on performance metrics and feedback
  • Help reinforce company culture, values, and best practices across training programs
What You Bring to the Table
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, training, or sales enablement
  • Strong ability to teach, coach, and develop others in a structured way
  • Experience creating training materials, curriculum, or onboarding programs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; you’re comfortable leading a room
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple training cohorts and priorities
  • Passion for people development and building high-performing teams
  • Experience with tools like PC Recruiter and Linked In Recruiter,
