Our client is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to serve as a key resource supporting HR systems, reporting, and process optimization initiatives. The role will play a critical part in a major SAP Success Factors implementation, with a primary focus on Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a lead HRIS resource supporting a major SAP Success Factors implementation, with emphasis on Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and related payroll functionality.
  • Partner closely with HR, payroll, IT, and external implementation partners to support system configuration, enhancements, testing, and issue resolution.
  • Act as a functional subject‑matter expert for payroll processes, system setup, and best practices related to HRIS and payroll operations.
  • Support payroll‑related system workflows, ensuring alignment between HRIS functionality, payroll processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead analysis and troubleshooting of HRIS and payroll‑related issues, identifying root causes and partnering with stakeholders to drive resolution.
  • Assist with implementation activities including requirements gathering, process mapping, system testing, data validation, and issue management.
  • Lead or support testing strategies, validation efforts, and parallel payroll testing to ensure system accuracy and readiness.
  • Partner with internal teams to refine processes, improve system functionality, and optimize HR and payroll operations.
  • Develop and maintain reporting, documentation, and system‑related resources to support business needs and ongoing enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and continuous optimization across HR systems.
  • Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to HR, payroll, and broader implementation stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience supporting HRIS and/or payroll systems, including system enhancements, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
  • Hands‑on experience with SAP Success Factors and/or Employee Central Payroll (ECP), including implementation, optimization, or ongoing system support strongly preferred; experience with Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll modules highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. payroll terminology, processes, workflows, and compliance considerations.
  • Experience serving as a functional HRIS or payroll resource, including cross‑functional partnership with HR, payroll, IT, and external vendors or implementation partners.
  • Exposure to system testing, validation, and payroll parallel testing preferred.
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities, with strong communication skills and the ability to support both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
