Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Human Resources Specialist and Billing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in billing and human resources, with proficiency in Quick Books. This role is critical to the smooth operation of our office and requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Billing and Financial Management
  • Handle all billing and invoicing processes, including client billing and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate financial records using Quick Books.
  • Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking.
Human Resources
  • Organize all stages of the recruiting process, including job postings, interviews, background checks and hiring.
  • Manage employee records, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Handle payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Address employee inquiries and provide HR support as needed.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Billing Specialist and/or Human Resources Department.
  • Proficiency in Quick Books is a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with immigration law is a plus but not required.
