  • Have in-depth knowledge of State and Federal labor laws

  • Lead and manage the Human Resources department

  • Facilitate regular HR team meetings and ensure alignment on key priorities

  • Oversee our in-depth hiring process from start to finish

  • Successfully source top talent all across the country

  • Ensure HR-related KPIs are tracked and met consistently

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Support and coach team members through their employee lifecycle

  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and uphold company HR policies

  • Provide ongoing management and support to the HR team
