Entry Level Recruiter

As an Entry Level Recruiter, you will play a key role in helping our company identify and hire outstanding talent. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing incoming applications and resumes
• Conducting phone interviews with prospective candidates
• Evaluating candidates based on company hiring criteria
• Scheduling interviews with hiring managers
• Following up with applicants through phone, text, and email
• Maintaining accurate candidate records within our applicant tracking system
• Coordinating interview schedules and confirmations
• Building positive relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Assisting with recruiting initiatives and hiring events
• Supporting daily recruiting and administrative functions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, confident, and professional phone presence
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, administrative, or sales experience is a plus but not required
