Position: Human Capital Management Analyst (PN 20037386)
What You Will Do?

* Payroll, Benefits & Leave Support

* Assist central office payroll with timesheet review, pay adjustments, and leave auditing.

* Support employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries related to retirement, workers' compensation, unemployment, and disability programs.

* Assist with FMLA, ADA, and other leave programs by reviewing documentation, tracking entitlements, issuing required notices, coordinating return-to-work procedures, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

* Training, Orientation & Employee Engagement

* Coordinate new hire orientation and employee training, including scheduling, materials preparation, facilitation, and recordkeeping and scheduling interviews.

* Conduct follow-up meetings with new or promoted employees.

* Participate in engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.

* Cross-Functional HR Support

* Provide cross-trained support across all HR functions-including staffing, benefits, payroll, leave administration, EEO/ADA compliance, and labor relations-to ensure continuity of services and effective HR operations.

2 yrs. exp. in human resources.

* Or completion of undergraduate core program in human resources, business or public administration.

* Or 1 yr. exp. as Human Capital Management Associate, 64611.

* Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
