This role will help develop HR Scorecards and Enterprise Scorecards, track budget performance, and identify efficiency opportunities across WMC and OHR.
You will drive cross-functional initiatives, analyze data, and ensure accurate, insightful presentations while supporting HR strategic goals and customer satisfaction.
