Job Description
  • Payroll, Benefits & Leave Support
    • Assist central office payroll with timesheet review, pay adjustments, and leave auditing.
    • Support employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries related to retirement, workers’ compensation, unemployment, and disability programs.
    • Assist with FMLA, ADA, and other leave programs by reviewing documentation, tracking entitlements, issuing required notices, coordinating return‑to‑work procedures, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Training, Orientation & Employee Engagement
    • Coordinate new hire orientation and employee training, including scheduling, materials preparation, facilitation, record‑keeping, and scheduling interviews.
    • Conduct follow‑up meetings with new or promoted employees.
    • Participate in engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
  • Cross‑Functional HR Support
    • Provide cross‑trained support across all HR functions—including staffing, benefits, payroll, leave administration, EEO/ADA compliance, and labor relations—to ensure continuity of services and effective HR operations.

Qualifications

2 years’ experience in human resources.

– Or completion of an undergraduate core program in human resources, business, or public administration.

– Or 1 year’ experience as a Human Capital Management Associate (job code 64611).

– Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
