Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to site’s HR team in recruiting, new hire orientation, training, employee relations, and HRIS database management.
• Lead talent acquisition, assimilation, and development initiatives for all site’s employees.
• Provide advice and counsel to site’s leadership and management teams on all human resources and employment matters.
• Partner with Operations and L&D to assess needs, plan, and design training processes at the plant level.
• Manage site’s succession plan and ensure skills development training is met.
• Conduct incident investigations as needed.
• Manage all employee relations activities and grievance resolution.
• Maintain compliance for EEO reporting and other required audits.
• Participate in global HR projects and initiatives as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related HR certification(s).
• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing/distribution environment.
• Solid experience with HRIS systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of HR related laws, i.e. FMLA, COBRA, EEOC, ADA, etc.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Must have a strong command of the English Language, Spanish strongly preferred.
