Worthington Enterprises is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring in a manufacturing environment. The role is on-site in Columbus, OH, with hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST and 20–30 hours per week.
Ideal candidates will be bilingual, excel in organization, and have strong communication skills. Proficiency with Excel and Teams is required; this is a 1099 position, not a traditional payroll job.
