As a Recruiter, youll source candidates, conduct outreach, qualify talent, and guide individuals through the full recruiting lifecycle. Youll build strong relationships, support client hiring needs, and contribute to the fast-paced, collaborative atmosphere Ringside Talent is known for.
Responsibilities- Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Make outbound calls and conduct engaging phone screens
- Build rapport with candidates and clients to understand needs and opportunities
- Manage recruiting activities from sourcing to placement
- Stay organized while juggling multiple job openings and candidate pipelines
