Corporate Recruiter – Columbus, OH
As a Recruiter, you will partner with hiring managers, TA leaders, and HR Business Partners to recruit for multiple areas of the business. This role will support hiring needs by opening requisitions, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and managing the offer and onboarding processes. The role is instrumental in ensuring the hiring process runs smoothly, providing a positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders while managing day‑to‑day talent acquisition operations.
Tasksand Responsibilities
- Deliver a positive, consistent candidate experience through all talent acquisition touch points and enhance the company's international brand.
- Screen applications and resumes and conduct phone screens for high volume roles.
- Partner with TA Coordinators to facilitate interview scheduling and communication details to candidates and hiring managers.
- Extend offers and manage the acceptance process through the recruiting system.
- Ensure recruitment activity and reporting is updated in an accurate, compliant and timely manner within the applicant tracking system; close job requisitions within ATS.
- Review and comply with the Code of Business Conduct and all applicable company policies and procedures, and local, state and federal laws and regulations.
- Assist with various talent acquisition projects.
- Partner with assigned hiring managers and business partners to fill current staffing needs and develop talent pipelines.
- Publicize job postings via the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and leading job boards to generate inbound applicants.
- Pre‑qualify resumes, conduct phone/video interviews and present qualified applicants to assigned hiring managers for further consideration.
- Actively contribute and participate in the continuous improvement processes, assisting with projects as requested.
- Maintain or exceed established KPIs, including time to fill, quality of hire metrics, and hiring manager satisfaction scores.
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
- Recruiting experience in a corporate and agency environment preferred.
- Ability to multi‑task in a challenging and fast‑paced environment with a sense of urgency.
- Strong verbal, written communication and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within team structure.
- High sense of urgency and effective time management skills.
- Proven ability to coordinate and prioritize workload of multiple activities while maintaining a high level of customer service and attention to detail in a complex and fast‑paced environment.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and drive assignments to their completion.
- Demonstrated ability to problem‑solve and resolve conflicts.
