We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Recruiter to join the founding team of Careernet's US Recruitment Practice. In this role, you will partner with high-growth startups and technology companies across the US, driving end-to-end hiring for Engineering, Product, AI/ML, Data Science, Cloud, and other emerging technology functions.

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure.
• Partner with US-based clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and business priorities.
• Source and engage top talent using Linked In Recruiter, Git Hub, Stack Overflow, Boolean Search, and other channels.
• Build strong talent pipelines across Engineering, Product, AI/ML, Data Science, Cloud, and Design functions.
• Conduct candidate screening and manage interview coordination.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and engagement.
• Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring trends to clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful hiring outcomes.

• 3–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in technology hiring.
• Experience supporting US-based clients or North American hiring mandates.
• Strong hiring expertise across Engineering, Product, AI/ML, Data Science, Cloud, and related technology roles.
• Hands-on experience with Linked In Recruiter, ATS platforms, CRM tools, and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
