HR Coordinator – Payroll & Benefits
$50-$60K Base | Employee-Owned Company | Hilliard Area
We’re partnering with a well-established, employee-owned organization in the Hilliard area to identify an HR Coordinator – Payroll & Benefits. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting employees, ensuring payroll accuracy, and administering benefits in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

- Process and coordinate payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and open enrollment activities.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support onboarding, new hire orientation, and employee documentation processes.
- Coordinate with payroll and benefits vendors to resolve issues and ensure smooth administration.
- Assist with compliance reporting, audits, and other HR-related administrative duties.
- Support various HR initiatives and projects as needed.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, payroll, benefits administration, or a related role.
- Experience processing payroll and supporting employee benefits programs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Knowledge of payroll practices, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Base Salary: Up to $60,000
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, and PTO
