Part-Time Lead Faculty, Human Resources Management

• Support the undergraduate and graduate Human Resources Management programs
• Course development, faculty leadership and mentorship, teaching, scholarship
• Active participation in university committees and professional networks
• Establish course standards and maintain consistency in course delivery
• Implement assessment procedures in collaboration with adjunct faculty
• Provide leadership and mentorship to adjunct faculty

• Earned doctorate in Human Resources Management, Human Resources, or a closely related field
• Minimum of five years of practical experience in human resources disciplines
• At least five years of teaching experience at the university level, both undergraduate and graduate instruction
• Knowledge of higher education regulations, compliance requirements, and accrediting agencies
• Professional HR certification (SHRM-SCP preferred) is also preferred

Demonstrates expertise in Human Resources Management and higher education, with a strong focus on course development, faculty mentorship, and compliance with educational regulations. Proven ability to lead and assess academic programs while fostering collaboration among faculty and participating in professional networks.
