Position Title: TA Partner
Core Responsibilities / Day-to-Day:- Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle for positions across the Asset & Investment Management team, Construction & Development team, and other Corporate positions.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities.
- Develop recruiting strategies for both active and passive talent.
- Source candidates through:
- Linked In
- Job boards
- Employee referrals
- Professional networking
- Community partnerships
- Colleges and universities
- Social media
- Screen and interview candidates.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
- Prepare offers and manage pre-employment activities.
- Ensure timely communication throughout the candidate experience.
