Job DescriptionThe Ohio Department of Education and Workforce, Office of Human Resources, is seeking an intern to assist with various administrative projects.
Major Responsibilities and Duties- Update position description templates (e.g., department name, department , office name);
- Track updated position descriptions by office;
- Save position descriptions with establish naming convention;
- Scan and index personnel files in electronic personnel system (i.e., OnBase);
- Assist staff with boxing up files per records retention schedule;
- Update templates and forms to department approved letterhead;
- Use checklists to assist in archiving electronic documents on SharePoint sites;
- Generate HR reports and compile stats in bi-weekly report;
- Support HR senior analysts and managers by providing administrative support on various projects as needed.
